Information on rates
- FREE OF CHARGE; BUT PRICELESS BEYOND MEASURE! Enjoy a special perk as our guest – the museumobil card comes at no extra cost. This ticket lets you have unlimited rides on all public transportation (local buses, regional trains, public cable cars) and also gives you free admittance to around 80 museums in South Tyrol. It will help you discover the best of South Tyrol – easily and at no extra cost.
- The prices are per day for a minimum stay of 7 days with arrival and departure on Saturdays.
- During peak season, we require a minimum occupancy of 4 people, regardless of the actual number of guests (main house accommodates up to 7 people).
- Children’s discount: during the off-peak season, one child up to 6 years old stays for free in the parents’ apartment (excluding Easter).
- All linen (bed linen, hand towels, etc) is provided and will be changed as needed. A baby cot, high chair and baby carrier for hiking are available for the little ones.
- All charges and fees are included in the price, with the exception of local taxes. The local tax amounts to €1.90 per person/day from the age of 14.
- We offer our guests a shuttle and pick-up service from the bus and train station in Lana/Postal.
Cancellation information and Roter Hahn Cancellation Protection:
In the unlikely event that something unexpected occurs and you are unable to start your trip for any reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- For cancellations 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 3 nights accommodation or 50% for the main house apartments. If we can rent out the apartment to someone else, you will receive your deposit back, of course.
- For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge the full booking amount.
To save costs and minimise headaches, we strongly recommend our extremely affordable Roter Hahn Travel Cancellation Insurance.
